about brazil's readiness to stage the 2014 soccer world cup. however great the football fever may be, a successful tournament needs stadiums, roads, hotels, airports. soccer's world governing body for the award at the world cup to brazil five years ago. the entirere country celebrated. but then reality set in. the infrastructure was not up to speed. not one of the stadium's fulfilled fifa's criteria. security is another headache and airports and public transportation are not able to cope with the expected flood of visitors. many venues had be built from scratch or undergo complete renovation. preparing for the tournament has become brazil's national task, and there is plenty still to be done. >> rio de janeiro in september, 2009. a prominent politicians at a barbecue hosted by the city's mayor. brazil had already won the right to host the 2014 soccer finals, but rio was also angling for the 2016 summer olympics. a month later, they got the nod. rio and brazil were on the way to becoming synonymous with international sports. >> building an organizing with red infrastructure, hotels

-- the u.s. soccer team and the win over brazil. the u.s. and brazil in the world cup quarter finals today. team u.s.a. off to a great start. with the ball in the box, they try to kick it away and instead she kicks it in, thank you. and it will stay that way until the 68th minute. when they draw that foul, setting up the penalty kicks. and on the second t.k. attempt, they bury it to tie the game at 1:00. that is how the score would be at the end of regulations. so early an extra time. they will get it done again. this time, floating the shot over this side to give brazil the lead. and so the u.s., they are facing certain elimination down one with only one minute left when she put that ball out there, playing hero with her head. into the back of the net, tying it for one penalty kick. third p.k. for brazil, they come up with the save of the match, denying them here to give the u.s. the edge. then virginia's own with a chance to send the u.s. to the semis, no problem there. united states stunned brazil and advance to the world cup semi-finals. >> we believe we can win this tournament.

. the women's world cup. today a quarter final game against brazil with just as much drama. u.s. against marta, the five- time player of the year. just a minute into this match they center but diana kicked it into the brazil net as she tried to keep it a way from amy wall ball game. an own goal gives brazil the lead. marta on the attack, rachael bueller is called for a foul in the box. not just a penalties here but a red card t former stanford player is ejected. the u.s. is down to 10 players. so penalty kick time and hope some low denies kristi an. no harm done. but wait. the controversy, the referee calls encroachment. some low argued to no avail. brazil with another chance, this time they let marta do the honors, beat some low, 1-1 game. that's how it end in regulation. bring on 30 minutes of extra time. 90-second manipulates, this is why marta is the best. brazil takes a 2-1 lead. it's not sudden death. the u.s. needs to score. desperation time in the 122 under minute. >> rafino agets across it. a goal. can you believe it? >> if header leveled the match. penalty kicks will n

some against brazil. 90-second minute tied at 1 in brazil in the attack. sends it to marta, best player in the world for a reason. brazil up 2-1 early. the u.s. would have to dig themselves out of another hole. almost waited too long. 120 second minute. carli lloyd, cross to abby wambach. look at her sail high above everyone for the header. this is a spectacular goal from the pass to the header, fearless going in there. wambach gets -- an awesome goal to see. needless to say, the americas were thrilled. the brazilian was not. they were shocked. the game would end up tied and we would go to penalty kicks. in the third round of kicks with the u.s. up 3-2, hope solo gets brazil. she gets the save. take one more look. this is just great. hope solo, tremendous save. >> wow. >> yeah. guessed perfectly. so they get the next two, they win. the last kick for the u.s. comes down to all ly krieger. beats the brazilian keeper to end the united states into the semifinals where they play france and noon on wednesday. an amazing comeback for the u.s. who played nearly half the game down a player. here

legal education. that is opposed to brazil, where you have 1000 law schools, you can open a law school for a couple hundred bucks, and they have a huge failure rate. we are working with the brazilians, other colleges, law schools. i spoke to their major university about these issues, and they are doing what they can to increase. i would tell them to make sure that the legal education is a quality legal education. it is the first of to have a monopoly, so you can control the lawyers, and make sure they are acting in an ethical way. i think there was a third part of the question, what would i tell them not to do. by the way, before i get to that, in vietnam, i recently met with the president of their bar association, similar to the american bar. in most countries, they have a government bar association that is part of the government, in effect. then they just have an non-club federated are. the person was a 70-year-old viet cong that was the chair. one of the most interesting conversations i ever had. someone who did not told anyanger, -- not hold any anger, but wanted information
